Halloween Handout

Halloween is not a ‘festival’ we want to endorse, but it falls on Reformation Day.
So we have some ‘treats’ ready along with a bookmark that explains the gospel through Reformation Day.
Outdoor movies

Offer free working bees to your local school, neighbour or community organisation.
Using pupil free days

Provide children’s activities on the pupil free day after the school holidays and invite the children and parents to church on the following Sunday.
Month of BBQ’s

How about endorsing Australia Day through till the end of February as a ‘month of bbqs’ – everyone has 1 month to arrange just 1 bbq with their neighbours or a group of other non-Christian contacts?! We had several neighbours around last weekend and it was great.
