Connect09 at Synod
Connect09 will be the feature at this year's Synod.
The Archbishop is expected to focus much of his presidential address around Connect09 and will spend time setting forth his vision for the campaign.
A Connect09 stall will also be on display featuring Connect09 internal resources, including the latest 'Your Quick Guide to Connect09' brochure.
Second round of Regional Briefings coming soon
In July over 300 people braved the cold, the dark and the rain to come out to our regional briefings for the Connect09 campaign.
Many who came - or could not come - asked us if we would be running a similar event again later in the year. We are happy to announce that they are on again!
Wading through the quicksand of change
Most of us don’t really want our church to change too much. I mean, don’t get me wrong: I am not saying we are entirely content. We might prefer this music, or the other preacher, but on the whole, we’re pretty comfortable.
